I was skeptical when I first tried pheromones a few years ago.
What I notice is that men are more friendly to me when I wear them.
I use half a spray of Pherx and a full spray of one of my perfumes.
I am in my mid 30's and I work in an office with mostly males. When I wear PherX, I notice that my male co-workers treat me with more respect. I recently received a small promotion and I feel this product played a role in me attaining it.
I am married and have not noticed any attraction benefits... maybe. I think you need to be looking for it.
